Accommodation in Bonassola

Bonassola is a small, friendly seaside resort on the Ligurian coast. The Hotel Villa Belvedere, where I stayed for two nights on my hike, is located in a promising half-height position (Link: Hotel Villa Belvedere). The name says it all: the view is beautiful, and so are the rooms. Breakfast is served on the terrace in good weather. A good place to unwind!

In addition to the beautiful beach with numerous beach bars, which are ideal for a drink with an aperitivo, there is another highlight in Bonassola: the tunnel connection to the neighboring town! The tunnel of the former coastal road is closed to traffic and only open to pedestrians and cyclists. Bicycles can be rented from the tourist information in Bonassola. The route in the approx. 2,5 km long tunnel leads to the neighboring town of Framura (see Stage 3, waypoint 8).
