The fourth stage of the long-distance hike leads from Treiso to Diano d'Alba and crosses two parallel ranges of hills. Therefore, two longer climbs have to be mastered on the route. As a reward for this, there are several places to stop for a bite to eat: depending on the time of day, they can either be used for an espresso break or for lunch (see waypoints 1 and 2).
In Diano d'Alba you should definitely visit the large viewing platform above the church. From there you have a good view towards "La Morra", the goal of stage 5.
